Can I pre-register for the next class?
Yes, first step is to submit an application and the moment you’re approved & paid we’ll hold your spot in the next available class or save your spot on the waiting list!
What is your refund policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of completing the program.  If you are not thrilled with your outcome after completing all the modules and participating in all the live calls, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away.  Our goal is always to create a happy, thriving community of students that have started their own meditation practice and are experiencing the results!
What is the time commitment for the 8-Week Program?
The 8 Modules each include video lessons, worksheets, guided meditations and live calls each week.  The video lessons average 15 minutes.  The worksheets completion time ranges from 10 – 20 minutes.  The guided meditations start at 3 minutes up to 15 minutes.  Live calls run approximately 45 minutes.                             A total of 75 – 90 minutes required each week.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you submit applications at the same time and reference that you’d like to be in the same class.  There are added benefits for couples or business partner or roommates wanting to do the course together, such as increase support and accountability.  It has also known that pairs tend to see the changes in one another before noticing the changes in themselves.
How can this course help me, shouldn't I be able to do it myself?
Sure, people self-teach everyday. This course offers expediency and accountability.  You could get results by doing it yourself, but being apart of a group class guarentees results.  In the course you’ll learn a variety of highlights and benefits of meditation, without having to sort through all the data, books and philosophies yourself.  You’ll receive instruction, guidance and professional coaching to keep you moving along week-by-week to achieving your meditation practice successfully!
